Fulfilment and Refund Policy

All our orders will takes 2 days to prepare and are fulfilled after 48hrs. They are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and / or International Standard. The cost of postage shall be at the buyers' cost however we reserve to offer free postage as and and when we deem in necessary.

Refund Policy:

We accept refunds in full however the buyer will be liable for the cost of the postage of the return unless in circumstances where our products or services have fallen far short of the standards that we have set and have agreed with the customer, please get in touch in the first instance if you have any issues.
